scenarios in pc mode

have you figured out how scenarios work in dynasty mode (pc )?

I haven't been able to figure it out yet, though perhaps the old Intervention setting has to be switched off for the game to prompt you with scenarios.

when u simulate the game during 4thqtr of a close game it will automaticaly pop up
