Taking a glance at the system requirements in the EA Store, I'd suggest that those specs are referring to the requirements for users running Windows Vista.

I think this is not fake, but they might put those requirements reviewing the PS3 and XB360 versions. So they think the graphics will look like PS3 and XB360, but they're wrong

As I said, those requirements match those listed as the specs for Vista users in the official EA Store so it's quite likely they're legit, but it doesn't indicate that the PC version will be a port from the Xbox 360/PS3 version.
