Chemistry levels

You know, I just noticed. When I chose Memphis for Dynasty, their chemistry was really low, but when I choose Phoenix, the chemistry is high and positive.

So do you guys know anything about this?

It depends on the players on the roster. Each player has a hidden attribute that determines what they want and how well they get along with other players.

Does it really affect winning championships?

Personally, I think it's more noticeable in simulation.
