While your in the practice arena,I think you can press the back button and it will show real footage of a players go-to- move. In this video they show Tony Parkers tear drop and also the Spurs arena looks very good.

Another note, it looks like you will be wearing gym gear to shoot around

-Play online with up to 3 guests on your console, not sure if that was in 07
-In the leagues, you will have more time to play your games if you have a different schedule,so when all of the games are done, the season will be over.


I didn't see anything about 5 on 5 which I'm hoping they put in, but there's a new listing on the menu called Quick Pick Play, which they didn't say anything about.

i think quik pick is that thing the developer was talking about, where you have like a little fantasy draft before you play the game, so before your game you pik out the players you want and then start

im tellin u guys right now, people r sweatin boston but the team that im gonna ball outta control wit is denver, they hooked up my man melos stats tough. Plus the tear drop go to move is unstoppable

so i rarely leave a comment, but i just downloaded this on XBL and i must say that live does look amazing. i mean for ea to actually do all this just to get feedback for 08 shows that they actually do care and that they are confident about their product. Also i like how they admit that 07 was bad. That shows that their moving in the right direction!

^^exactly, all the 2k fanboys don't believe live is improving, they're sayin its all hype...but this game is gonna be a good solid game, especially wit the gameplay and dynasty...alot of fun

Oh and the practice gym is sick. And i like how you can practice with the hotspot . So you dont HAVE to use them during games. And freethrows are improved this year! AWESOME! Like i always tell 2K fans, "if you hate live so much, then dont buy it!" As for me, i WILL have live 08 simply because after 07 they can only go in one direction. And thats up!

From what i saw, they made it easier. it looks to work almost like 2k's system but it looks better to me. BUT THATS JUST MY OPINION! I had to make that clear for all the 2k fans. Oh and the best yet, in the practice gym, they show a video of your selected player go-to move then it allows you to pratice it while in the gym. It looks really good. BUT AGAIN IT'S JUST MY OPINION.

Yes you get to practice in the team arena with the lights dimmed as if your the only on in the gym in the middle of the night.

Did you get to see any gameplay? Also, how did the dunks look?

I just saw gameplay on gamespot and it look pretty good tconsidering it was on the internet and the guy playing didnt seem to know what he was doing.

Pretty much the same as last year with the right analog being used to shoot them (or you can simulate the free throw by pressing Shoot).
