Steve Kerr

Talk about NBA Live 08 here.

He wasn't too bad when he filled in for Steve Kerr in a Kings game I happened to catch early in the 2007 season but his style seems more suited to being a studio analyst or making the call during All-Star events.

The latest preview videos featured commentary by Steve Kerr so it seems his presence in NBA Live 08 has been confirmed.

kingtrobe807's list

1. Charles Barkley -Does not do play by play.
2. Mark Jackson -Heeeeeeeell No
3. Steve Jones?
4. Bill Walton -Heeeeeeell No
5. Hubie Brown --Heeell No
6. Stu Lantz ?
7. Mike Breen?
8. Mike Tirico no
9. Al Michaels no
10. Jon Barry ---Heeeeeeell No

I think someone like Kevin Harlan or anyone from TNT would be 10x's better then any of those guys. Basically no one from ESPN/ABC  Do you want the pussy cat dolls video for the intro also?

I'm pretty sure Kevin Harlan is still signed with Take Two to appear in 2K so he's probably out. He's also a play-by-play guy so he wouldn't really be suitable alongside Marv (whom I personally wouldn't like to see replaced). People like Mike Breen and Mike Tirico would be unsuitable for the same reason.

Sir charles doesn't work live games.
mark Jackson, possibly if he got enough money and if EA was interested.
Snapper Jones is too old.
Bill Walton would make people return the game after 2 weeks.
Hubie Brown- would be a great person to have, but he might be too old.
Stu Lantz?? Too bad no one outside of Laker Land knows who he is. Especially with the death of Chick Hearn.
Mike Breen would be a good person to have in a game, but he's a play by play man, Marv's role.
same with Tirico who irritates me
Al Michaels needs to go retire somewhere where his voice can't be heard because he doesn't know anytihng about basketball.
Jon Barry- same as Mark Jackson

i would love to have Stu Lantz on color commentary..as long as his partner isn't Paul Sunderland. I prefer Joel Myers.
