Roster and player info updates are done later in development. I'm guessing that when the screens were done up Allen's #20 had not yet been revealed, or were already on their way to being posted when it was announced. In any event, if the worst thing about NBA Live 08 is that some jersey numbers are wrong, I can live with that.
