Official Site Updates: Community Blog, Finals Sim, More

Thu Jun 07, 2007 7:19 pm

Taken directly from my post on the main page:

Andrew wrote:A couple of updates have been posted over at the official NBA Live 08 website. The first is a simulation of the 2007 NBA Finals using NBA Live 07, which predicted the Spurs to win in six games despite a valiant effort on the part of LeBron James the Cavaliers. You can read the entire article here.

The Community Blog has also been updated with some news from around the online NBA Live community, including the photoshop work posted in the official forums and a mention of my roster update released this past weekend. There's also news of an NBA Live 08 Wishlist Project featured on the official boards as well as an announcement that producer Brian Ullrich will be answering ten questions taken from the community. Check it out here.

cool, I have 1 request for the ten questions. We ask at least 1 specific question about the PC/current gen version of the game and try to get some info about it. Also to stay away from questions about sig shots and other "fundamentals" since the blogs cover those well.

Good idea. The questions will be taken from posts over at the official board but apart from that I expect we'll be doing another Q&A this year where I'll be sure to ask some PC specific questions.

I really haven't seen anything like this from EA like, ... ever. Seems like they might be putting some effort into this one.

I like the "Is there something that you didn't like last year" section.
Geez, I dunno, maybe just a thing or two...
Well, at least they did include it I guess.

"friends"??

friends don't let friends play poorly-made NBA games.
