Nba Live 08 on 8500GT?

Hi guys,
I really do not know how to legally get Nba Live 08 without piracy to play on PC, however I also wonder whether Nvidia 8500GT is too slow or OK for getting 40-50 fps...
What do you think?
Specs: Core2 Duo E6750, 2 GB Mem, 8500GT, Win Vista SP2.
Also how can I get or download it please?

Should work fine, those specs are more than it needs.
