How do you make a whole court image with 2048x2048 resoution?

do you mean the court file exactly? or the fsh file?

some courts have a 2048x2048 fsh file. You just need to import your court there. Use fshline for extracting the files inside the fsh file. then place your court there (it should be a png format and has the same name with the original file). after that compressed it by fshline, just drag and drop all the files that were extract and also your work of course. And you're done.

If this is not the answer you need, may be use hex editing tools to edit the fsh file itself, just dunno how.
