Little help here?

Hi guys.. I just need some help here. I'm almost done on my first proj here w/c is the heroes add-on.
I just want to ask on how can I automatically add them to others roster? How can I add the data inside coach.dbf, appearance.dbf, players.dbf, location.dbf, teams.dbf and teamgear.dbf? So that those who will download it doesn't need to copy and paste it manually using db commander or the likes. If someone could provide some info it would be a big help
