New Install Question

I have a new install of NBA 08.. it asks me to sign in to my ea Account but wont do anything but say Server is Down..Any ideas or ways around this ?

That's strange, as NBA Live 08 doesn't utilise an EA Account...at least, not for any offline content. Online support for NBA Live 08 ended years ago, if you're trying to play online through EASO.

yea its just asking for me to sign on to authorize my game..

NBA Live 08 has never asked me to authorise my game. Where did you get it?

Got it a while back from Best Buy.. I have another computer that has been running it for years

I really can't explain it, then. I have never encountered that issue, and as far as I know, NBA Live 08 doesn't utilise an EA Account login.
