how do i use the nba live 08 editor (newbie here)

Good Day, i was wondering, how do i use the nba live 08 editor if i want the shoes to appear in the game, since i downloaded TanyaMarkova's shoes patches (5 and 6)i seem to be having difficulty finding all of the shoes , then downloaded Ayiep's editor,followed Tanya's read-me to extract the png to "All Res" folder in the editor , then i've put the .big and .fsh files in sgsm folder, yet same results, the not all the shoes were there. the default number of shoes is about 350+ if i am not mistaken ,ending with the black and orange reebok. it seems that it still only ends there at 350+ shoes wherein TanyaMarkova's shoes are more than 950, is it possible to have all those shoes in the game? i'm just a newbie in all this editing stuff . is there a step by step procedure to follow or a vid clip on how its done? thanks in advance to anyone who replies p.s. i've been itching to get them DRose shoes in there
