Beautiful! I'm being a little leechy, but it would be awesome if some of your patches consisted of generic skin tones (with an absence of [real] tattoos on some of e'm) which could be applied to any player (with that matching/similar skintone). 
EDIT: I really wish it were possible to modify the models to have bump maps. Sometimes I wonder why they just don't release the game's source, after all- it's not bringing them hardly if any revenue to begin with. I feel like ranting about it but not on this thread.
