NBA 08 13/14 Rosters HELP!!!

Hey guys I really need help.
I downloaded Ronald’s 13/14 update and pasted them to my MyDocs/NBALive08 folder. When I loaded the game, I went to Options then Load.
Rosters have been updated as expected but all the players who are not yet in 08 have blank faces and no pictures. Pictures of existing players are still from 08 database (Calderon is still on a Pistons jersey even though he’s on the Mavs now). New jerseys are also blank like you can’t choose them at all.
Do I need to download anything that I probably miss? Or download Andrew’s 12/13 files first before this update? Help guys, I’m pretty new here.
The file doesn't have any .exe file to easily install such updates. I'm lost.

You need the Cyberfaces, Shoes, and jerseys.
