Dynasty Problems!Need Help Plz.

I Was Playing Dynasty Mode in NBA Live 08 then i simulated a day (dec 31 08) to be exact then the game froze and because the game froze i cant quit the game so i had to restart my pc . i played it again, load my file and the same thing happened it froze when i simulated on dec 31 08 . so can someone help me because its really annoying and does the patches that i installed has something to do with it thank you
