Team Strategy Defaulting a teams playbooks?HLP

Hey guys is there any way to change the teams default strategy at all so that they are all not running the same plays and sets.
I do know i can change this in game while im playing but is it any way possible to change it so that the teams start with the plays and sets i suggest for them?

You mean these fields??Its numbers in those fields but is there any way to tell what those plays are?Is there a chart available?

Yes, the IDs correspond to plays listed in plays.dbf.

Ok i changed that field but the team strategy didnt change
here is what im trying to change.When you pause the game and go to settings its like this
Defensive Matchups
Offensive playbook
Defensive playbook
Team Strategy(inside of here there are these plays and every team has them as default

Offensive strategy(shooter A)
Defensive strategy(Full Court Man to Man)
I want to change the defensive strategy all teams are in a full court press and shooter A for offensive strategy.I want to change those fields so that defensive strategy will be Man to Man

Not sure what's happening there sorry, as far as I'm aware those are the fields to change.

Do you mean Pbookid, Prim_Off,Prim_Def??? I dont see a play column there in teams.dbf

Ok i've found it the field is DP_MAIN
i needed this to simulate some games on video!!
Is there a way to change all of the values at once?

Possibly the NBA Live 08 Editor. Failing that, open teams.dbf in Excel or Calc in OpenOffice, change the value in DP_MAIN in the first row, copy it, select all rows in that column and paste. That will update all the values. Just make sure that you save in DBF (DBASE IV) format so as not to corrupt the database.

Ok thanks i just went ahead and changed them manually because i didnt want something to go bad so i just changed the main teams i left the legends alone.Now hopefully we should see a change in my gameplay videos
