2x Tattoo Conversions

Hello, I have been using the 2x Armbands, Arms & Tattoos Fix in my game again. Obviously, I've been using it with my Dynasty Rosters as the mod distorts lower resolution Tattoos on real players (eg Derrick Rose, Lebron James any player with custom tattoos under 2x). I am wondering if there is a way to collaborate all of the 1x tattoos, and then convert them simultaneously (at the same time).
With all of the tattoos converted to 2x, it would be possible to use the above links contents with rosters containing real players. I have been using it for a while now, tattoos placed on players via the "Create a Player" screen seems to not have any distortion. If this is possible would someone recommend a program of sorts? I'm unsure if the EA Graph, or the Fsh editor is what I'm looking for; I've sorta been away from live 08 these past weeks and my mind isn't cycling the programs well.
