Run Time Error 7 Out of memory

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem or explain why i am getting this error?

I am trying to open a .ssh file

that tool is very particular and fussy, which game are you trying to open the ssh file from?

I want to mess around with some of those files so i had a copy of my old ps2 dvd
and wanted to mess around and see if i can learn some more useful things.

I believe that tool was made for older games, possibly causing the issue, but if it doesnt work, it doesnt work.

i've been looking to see if i can find some other tool to open it,If i find one i'll be happy share it

I didn't have any luck opening files from NBA Live 09, but NBA Live 06 and earlier should work.

I've also heard that it can be done using xbox nba live 10 which a friend came and dropped off today
I have some experience with xbox files,But im a little foggy remembering things
i have opened up the disc,And i have data1,data2,data3 etc files these can be opened up in BigGUI
but their empty meaning i cant see any files to extract.I also seen a post on here.Of how to do so and what software does such a thing but i cannot find that posting I wish i would have remembered to bookmark it.
