Does anyone knows how to change salary cap space?

There's a tutorial in the Wiki for changing the size of the cap itself. Failing that, you can also edit player salaries so that they're lower.

The only way to do it legitimately is to trade bigger contracts for smaller ones (if there's another team in your Dynasty that has cap room) or trade for expiring contracts (ie one year left), so that you'll have cap space in the upcoming offseason.
