how to activate player lock on a player? help guys )

It's not available by default. However, you can find a mod in the Downloads section that will restore access to it.

yes sir I finished download it ,but where can I lock the player? in substitution layer there was no lock mode? there is a hotkey for lock mode sir?

From memory, it's done when you're selecting your controller.

select controller then choose position that you want.
