If you're talking about the PC Project, that's an update for NBA Live 06, in which case this thread does not belong in the NBA Live 08 section. If you've tried installing an NBA Live 06 update to NBA Live 08, that's your problem.

It would seem you've mixed a lot of patches at this point, so it's pretty much impossible to guide you through any kind of troubleshooting. Uninstall the game, start over fresh, install one patch at a time. And if you are talking about NBA Live 06, please post in the correct section.

Its for NBA LIVE 08 sir ... i've installed the patch appropriately for the 08 ... i've started it fresh already and installed the patch ... but this happens again ... i've ALSO tried removing the hair ebo but still nothing worked well ...

Which patch are you talking about? Because if you're talking about the NBA Live PC Project, that is for NBA Live 06.

Right, well, you should've said so. Like I said, the PC Project is the name given to the current update for NBA Live 06.

Having straightened that out...what are your computer's specs? It doesn't look like lighting is turned on, so the high resolution updates in the rosters aren't displaying properly. Make sure lighting is turned on if possible; if your video card doesn't support it, you'll probably need to play without the jersey updates (copy the original ones from your NBA Live 08 disc).

sorry about that andrew ... my pc does not support the lighting ... i tried to use the default jersey update ... the jersey has been ok but the cyberfaces looked horrivle ... seems all the spurs players cyberfaces has been bad especially the hair ... spurs btw is my fav team ...

Then delete any faces for players who don't look right. If your video card doesn't support lighting then you're not going to be able to get the maximum quality that the game is capable of when using high resolution updates.

is there a way to roll back2x facepatch to 1x ??? i think thats the prob

You can open up face .fsh files in your sgsm folder using FshX and use the half resolution option (then save) to halve the resolution back to 1x (256x256).

Well, you're going to have to resolve that issue because that's what needs to be done. Those issues have been discussed at length before, so run a search and follow the posted solution.
