Cut Scenes?

Is it possible to take cut scenes from the older versions of NBA Live and put em in NBA Live 08?

Not those. I think it's possible to use the in-game cuts from 2005 through 07 in 08. I'm talking about the introductions, and the end of quarter and timeout cutscenes. The two files you need are in the scripter directory. Backup your originals, then copy the ones from an older game. However, they are known to cause crashes when using high quality mods like tup, courts or jerseys.

.do those cutscenes in dynasty mode on 04 are compatible on 08...

As Pdub just explained, we cannot use the Dynasty cut scenes in any other game. Please read his post again, carefully.
