Custom Soundtrack?

I was just wondering what I had to do to add a custom soundtrack WITH the song and band names showing in the game? I know that people have released songs with each update...but I was just wondering how to add my own. There may already be a post for this, however, I'm still kind of new to the forum...and was having problems locating it.
