what did you use as the base roster? did you make it by your own?

I have the authorization to edit or re release the NLSC ROSTER by Andrew Begley there's no doubt to post and re release the patch or update

Edit:I have got a question.In the save file,there is a .dbf file named lips.dbf.There is no lips.dbf file in any other rosters of mine.Will it affect my game?Is this roster from live 06?

Actually, no, you don't. I specifically told you that I did not want you editing and re-releasing the NLSC update, which does not constitute giving permission by any stretch of the imagination.

To go ahead and re-release the roster against my wishes, without giving credit until after the fact and then falsely claiming you had permission to boot just shows an utter lack of respect for me and the standards of the patchmaking community. As such, it's a permanent ban for you.
