HELP GAME CRASHES WHEN PLAYING EAST VS. WEST!

my game crashes at the start when im playing east vs west v/v in all star weekend or in normal game mode.. but if i play east to other teams it works fine.. and also the east.. can somebody help me please???

i have the TUP 10 patch..

TUP 10 is no longer being supported. I'd recommend updating to TUP 11 or the latest NLSC update, on a fresh installation of the game.

yeah.. im currently reinstalling my game.. i cant remember but i think i mix up patches.. tnx sir andrew..

sir my game still crashes when playing the east and west and also with the orlando magic.. i reinstalled my game and updated to TUP11.. my game crash if i extract the art files from the new roster.. so i didnt extract it.. just tthe roster only.. my game works except with the said team... help please...
