How to install TUP10

Hi, I am new here and I dont how to install TUP10. What files do I have to download and what I should do with those files. Should I extract the to SGSM folder? Please help me

just go to tup 10 or 11 thread.

Do not go to tup10 thread as there will be no more updates for it.Just download tup11 and tup11 update package 1.And for future reference,keep all of the tup questions in the Tup11 thread.
