Editing staff.dbf

Since i can't find it in the wiki,my next move is to ask you all.
I need to know the values of each column of the staff.dbf file.
Also,can i even actually edit the staff during my dynasty?

No worries. I might have to put some of those tutorials in the DBF Guides category as well.
