Adidas Revolution 30 Jerseys Crash...

I currently play using the Adidas Rev30 Jersey Patch. The problem is the game seems to suddenly crash on occasion, particularly when I am up against the Orlando Magic wearing their white home uniforms.

What should I do to prevent my game from crashing for good and still enjoy using the jersey patch? Any help or instructional guide would be greatly appreciated.
