You need a tutorial on how to use Create-a-Player?

Seriously though, that's how you add a player to your roster. Create the player in-game, save the roster and then DBF edit as necessary if you're adding a cyberface or want to edit any of the hidden attributes that aren't accessible from the Create/Edit Player menus.
