(Season Mode help)Divisions must have same number of teams.

Alright so here is my problem.I cant start a season.
When i try to start a season i get this message saying that all divisions must have the same number of teams or something like that.
Now the thing is i have fixed this before.I read someones suggestion to edit the International team.dbf file with the DB Commander.I cant seem to find that post on how to fix it.Can somebody help me with this.My eyes burn from reading so many threads and post.I really would appreciate the help.

1st - this is obviously a TUP question and should b in the TUP thread

2nd - there is already a fix

3rd - the fix is clearly in the README, no need to search for manual dbf editing instructions
