How to change the names of FIBA TEMAS

When I try to change the names of FIBA TEAMS ,it just can't .

For example,I use DBC to change "$TXT_SCHOOL_SPAIN" to "abcde", but in the game,it still apear "SPAIN" rather "abcde"！

can anyone help me?? thx！

Us DB Commander open teams.dbf and find team and edit name.....

but when i enter the game , it is still "SPAIN" ...

you need to press the V in the line that are under the lines

Maybe what i said is not clear,I know this way to change the team's names, but some teams just can't change when i enter the game.

for example, i change "Bosten" to "abcd", and then i enter the game, "bosten" has changed "abcd".

but when i change "SPAIN" to "asdfg",in the game , it still apear "SPAIN"

the other example is "x0' all star team" and " east all star"and "west all star", these teams' names also can't change in the game even though i used DBC to change their names.

please help me!

I believe it's related to the TEAMCODE; try changing it to the same value as Team Adidas.

Good to hear. Unless you're adding a new Decade All-Stars team or national team, using the same TEAMCODE as Team Adidas would be the way to go for custom teams.

i put 08 roster to 07 game,and change the national team's teamcode and then change thier team name, the problem can be solved,

just like what i said last time.


but today,i use this way on 08 game,even though i changed the teamcode like adidas ,the team name doesn't change.

i try to put 07 roster's teams.dbf to 08roster,but the teams whose teamnum are"72~79" still can't change their name(still are "national team..")

No, I wouldn't recommend that.

Come to think of it, when I created a custom team for the LIVE JAM Project it initially didn't display the correct name despite all the values being correct. After I re-loaded the rosters though, it came good and worked as it was supposed to.
