Deleting a Custom Player from Dynasty?

Certainly another possibility, you can also clear the contents of the currentdb folder at the same time. If the problem is with the players.dbf in your Dynasty save folder however you're out of luck.

I have finished a season, and in the off-season, acquired a rookie (through Draft) and a free agent (Monta Ellis).
With these two additions, I now have a 14-man roster.
However, the rookie and Ellis were put on the Inactive LIst.

Could I remove them from the Inactive List, and have 14 active players every game?

14 active players ingame? nope. You could only use 12 players. The other 2 will be your reserve players.
