Are there national team mods?

I mean a mod that adds more national teams like The Philippines or Morocco.

TUP 10 includes new national teams. As I understand it, future update packs will bring those teams up to date as well.

I downloaded all of TUP 10's files and did it correctly but all i saw were the teams that were included in NBA '10

You have to wait for national team add-on part of update pack #2
