My suggestion is that at least you've tried to search almost some great players in every Asian countries...

& I'm sure there's lot of great players....

& that would make a match more Asian All Star Team....

Ok, so find me some players who can fit to be on my recommended line-up.. Actually, its not the Filipinos who are greater in numbers, but the Chinese do.
(Ming, Yi, Wang, Yue) Sorry but I can't think of other better Asian players who can fit. Majority of the patch subscribers want it, so they get it. I don't know about you bro..
