Jersey Patches

Today i downloaded a couple of jersey patches and some work great. But the others.... the problem with others is that when choosing a jersey their picture doesnt show. If i select a jersey w/o a picture my game crashes as soon as the match i chose begins to load. Is there a way to fix this?
