Problems while patching start-up screen

I changed my start up screen to ESPN HD. Everything ran smoothly, just the copyright credits didn't appear. When I came to the menu, Play now and game modes and all that just dissappeared. I suspect i might deleted a file and I just wanna know if anyone can send me this file.

If you have the original CD, just get the relevant files from there.
