Net Patch. Where To Put File??

I downloaded the net patch. where does it go though? I seen no "tnet.fsh" file in any folder. I did see another net file. I think it was net.viv ?

so I rename the tnet.fsh to the other file's name or no?

No, you shouldn't have to rename anything. If it's a .fsh file you can just place it in the sgsm folder.
