after three points showdown in dynasty

i am in dynasty mode, everything went fine slam dunk contest rookie vs sophomore , then when i played three point show down everything went well but when i finished three point showdown, there is no screen so i cant quit game, is there any missing file?

i patched it with tup, anyone experienced?
