DBF Problem. Appearance..

Postby DahLollipop on Thu Jul 02, 2009 10:05 am

So I added 2 new rookies today to my roster.. I added them correctly and I have done this before.. I've already added 3 2 days ago and they work fine.
But today.. I add two new ones without first creating a player in the game then coming out and editing it in the dbf file..
I've synced both the appearance.dbf and players.dbf and the playerid's all match up accordingly.. ricky rubio is fine and is 6'5.. but James Harden shows up like Gigantor in the game even though i set his appropriate height to 77. It's the same exact thing as Ricky's but however.. Both Jonny Flynn and James Harden are King Kong matching Yao Ming status... Any help?

Wow, it's kinda a corrupted database. It already happened to me when I made the '07-'08 Rockets.

Long story short, when you're editing the rosters it's always best to do as much as you can from within the game, especially adding new players. It's best to add new players in-game, save, then edit as necessary. Saves a lot of messing around and potential DBF errors. :)
