dunk packages in TUP MOD, are they effective?

If I adjust the dunk packages in each player, example, I like Jason Richardson's signature 360 dunk or Kobe's two handed reverse dunk, what I'm suppose to do? There's 2 options to adjust for, the "regular" and "highflyer" dunk packages, which is the one?

I'd say those would be the Highflyer package.
