saving mid game

There doesn't seem to be a feature to save a game in progress (pc). Am I missing something or is this not doable?

this hasn't been available in a basketball game....i think....ever
but yea, in live 08, it is for sure not possible

Possible in NBA Live 98, 99 and 2000 but not since.
