fsn scoreboard

hi guys. how can i put the fsn scoreboard at the bottom of my screen? it is always on top. what file do i have to delete to make it at the bottom? or what trick does it need to make it at the bottom?

that can be set at the normal game settings

of course i know that. but even i set the setting to 'bottom', it's still on top.
