shot clock bug

help guys, every time the shot clock is under 14 secs, and i have committed a foul or got fouled, it always resets to 14 again. in example, i have the ball and got fouled with 5 secs left in the clock, it will be 14 seconds again. it also happens when i foul the opposing team. tnx in advance brothers.

It's not a bug. That's the rule in the NBA.
