Where to find AIACTs?

I've tried this ITL(http://download.nba-live.com/index.php?act=view&id=1552) but it bugs all the time, can somebody tell me where to find some of these?

You might want to check the Releases & Previews section for other aiact updates that have been released.

Is there any fully compatible with your rosters? Or do you use the original ones?

I used the original aiact so I can't guarantee full compatibility with custom ones.
