Contracts In Dynasty Mode

My dynasty mode treats the 2007-2008 season as 2008-2009. But some of the contracts are innacurate? The first year contracts are alright with the 2009 free agents all there. But the following year has only some of the 2010 free agents? LeBron, D-Wade, CB4 etc. are in the next year, which would be 2011 dynasty-wise. Any fix to this?

Dynasty Mode doesn't reflect opt-out clauses or player/team options, so by default contract lengths reflect the maximum length ignoring those clauses and I take the same approach with the roster updates since I'm obviously stuck with the same limitations.
