Please help custom team crash

[T-Time3]

damn, i was making All-Time LA Lakers team, but it crash when i want to play the team.
then, i try to play 1 on 1, i check player by player.
After that, i found that something's wrong with Gary Payton
when i try to play 1 on 1 with payton it also crash.
But, when i play with Glen Rice,Mikan,Worthy no problem at all...
Then i try to put Payton on the inactive list, then, i play with the team, no problem

So, the problem is on Payton right ?? how to fix it??
