2007-2008 Season Schedule default

So I just finished creating a schedule for the 2008-2009 season using Microsoft Excel:2007 and Microsoft Access: 2007. I also created a new season mode for the 2008-2009 season but when I loaded the season the default 2007-2008 schedule showed up but with no games. How do I have the 2008-2009 schedule running?
