Player Chemistry workaround?

Hello, I had recently just completed another season . . resulting in a championship, with my Bobcats team. So the chemistry this year was bad, just about over half full. And I went into off-season and started resigning players.

When I noticed one of my superstars didn't want to resign because he 'anticipated' problems with chemistry in the locker room.
So what I'm asking is there a way to stop players from randomly leaving despite our 3peat? I mean, we have a championship team, and he decides there is a 'problem' with the teams chemistry.

PS: If it includes having to edit a .DBF I'll try that too.
