Help with customized gears

For those people still using the TUP11 player model updates like me, you'll notice that some players have this fixed gears wherein you cannot remove em using the edit player option.. (e.g. Amar'e Stoudemire's sleeve, Melo's leg sleeves and more).. can somebody tell me how to remove them? and another is how to make one.. i would like my dwight howard to have the adidas sleeves on both arms. thanks

In that case,the sleeve accessories are no longer editable through edit player screen because custom gears are directly edited and created through players arm/or legs fsh files.
