NBA Dynasty Help

Need help on how to add Bojan Bogdanovic on my 2nd season to the nets? I know he's been drafted my Miami but his rights were owned by nets, probably nxt season..He's on the current beta roster but is not active during dynasty mode. Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks much.
